Last Saturday was Vintage's Fall School Beautification Day. Vintage families spread out across the campus to clean up. Our garden received lots of attention. The following Monday, the 4th Grade Garden Club continued the work to clean out the garden plots. They learned how to identify weeds and worked on pulling the weeds out. Fall is in the air and the evenings are cooling down. Our days have continued, for the most part, to be hot and sunny. We will be prepared to plant a winter garden when it cools down.

Welcome 4th grade students. Fourth grade students volunteer to keep up the school garden and other landscaped areas. We call them our 4th Grade Garden Club. We will also try our hand at growing fresh vegetables to eat. Staff members Mrs. Stone and Mrs. Pacheco will assist the students along with parent volunteer, Ms. Silvia. We invite any parents who would like to also assist to provide Vintage with contact information or email [email protected]. Our garden has set over the summer and welcomes some TLC from our students.
